MENU SELECTIONS To assure the availability of menu items, your selections should be submitted to your Event Manager four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Catering menus are offered as suggestions, but if you prefer a customized menu, your Event Manager will be happy to create one to meet your needs. Due to the fluctuation of market food and beverage prices, Hotel Zoso Catering will make a firm price commitment ninety (90) days prior to the event date. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice. All menus priced herein are based on a minimum guest count of 25; an additional charge may apply for smaller groups. Prices quoted do not include 21% service charge and applicable state sales tax, currently at 7.75%. All final Food and Beverage guarantees must be given a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the event. All last minute changes and/or additions are subject to an additional 10% labor fee.
GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE Hotel Zoso Catering must be notified of the exact number of guests attending any event five (5) business days – prior to the event. This number will constitute the guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. Hotel Zoso Catering shall not be obligated to prepare food for any more than the number of guests guaranteed by the group. The Hotel will provide seating for 5% over the guarantee. If no guarantee is received, the expected attendance will be considered the guarantee, and charges will be made accordingly. Any decrease in the original estimated attendance in excess of 25% must be received a minimum of thirty-days prior to the function date, or group is responsible for payment of this minimum. Additions over the guarantee number are subject to a ten (10%) percent labor charge.
BANQUET SERVICE Waiter service time is a three (3) hour maximum period for Breakfast and Lunch, five (5) hours maximum for Receptions and Dinner. Should your function time (food service and program) exceed the above hours, a labor charge of $20.00 ++ per server, per hour will be added to your banquet check.
SERVICE AND LABOR CHARGES All food, beverage, audio visual, in-house internet service and miscellaneous labor and service charges are subject to a 21% service charge and applicable state tax, currently at 7.75% All bars will include a separate $100.00 bartender and $150.00 bar set up fee and when appropriate a $125.00 chef attendant fee. All last minute changes and/or additions are subject to an additional 10% labor fee.
